- Click the Grid view (Days) or List View button at far-right. The button caption depends on which view is currently selected.
- In the drop-down that appears, select either Grid view or List view.
- Grid view shows the report information in the report in the form of a timesheet-format. You can modify how much time is shown in the report using Grid Periods section of the drop-down.
- List view shows the report information in the report in the form of a tabletable-format. You can modify which columns are shown using the Columns section of the drop-down.
