  1. Confirm the version you have installed. If you have Timesheets 10.19.x or 10.20.x or a compatible version of Tempo Planner / Tempo Budgets (see the Tempo Compatibility page), proceed to step 2.

  2. Remove Tempo Timesheets (Planner/ Budgets) and all Tempo System plugins
    (Tempo Accounts, Tempo Core, Tempo Planning API, Tempo Teams, Tempo Platform API, Tempo Platform JIRA).

  3. Install Tempo Timesheets 10.18.4 x (or the compatible Planner / Budgets version) from the Atlassian Marketplace.
