- New FeaturesYou can now control which users can access the Tempo Budgets desktop app (view announcement). The access is managed by configuring the Tempo Budgets Access global permissions in Jira, which replaces the existing Budgets user permissions. Note that Improvements
User groups that have been granted the Budgets user permission will be migrated to the Tempo Budgets Access global permission with basic access. Budgets Super Admins will need to be given the Tempo Budgets Access permission manually by a Jira admin. They will not be able to access Budgets until they get this permission (view announcement).

Fixed: Duplicate attribute returned on some Tempo Budget API calls.
