The Jira logs ( atlassian-jira.log) are stored in the Jira Home directory and can be copied from there to the Ticket in our Tempo Support system. In some cases, it might be useful to get more information than
the one
listed in the logs. Within JIRA, it is
possbile
possible to generate a Support.zip file
which
that includes additional information. Please take a look at the article "Create a Support Zip" article from Atlassian for details on how to generate this file.
