Tempo Administrators can configure the reporting period used for tracking time and reporting on work done in your organization, how they are managed, and how users are notified that a period has ended or is ending soon.
You can configure the length and start dates of timesheet approval periods. Timesheet periods are eitheropenorclosed. You can manually set the statusof reporting and time-tracking periods.
Configure the scheduler to notify users that a period is ending soon, and configure grace periods that allow a user to submit timesheets after a period has closed.
Define the available work days for your team members by creating holiday schemes to map out what days are reserved for holidays. Set a default holiday scheme so that new members are added automatically, or add members to different holiday schemes when you need to.
