On Server/DCData Center, Generic Resources are not included in the Tempo Reports, nor in the exports. The only way to get those data is using private API’s, which you can install Atlassian REST API Browser to search for any public and private endpoints on your Jira instance. It’s recommended to use private API only to retrieve data.
