Answer | On cloud Cloud, if a user is not able to edit billable hours but other worklogs, we suggest you verify if the user has “Set Billable Hours" permission in the specific project. On server Data Center, please, verify if the settings for "billed hours" are configured in Jira Administration > Manage Apps > under Tempo > Global Configuration.
