- Generate user keys for new users
For new users, Tempo recently aligned with Atlassian to adopt a new approach to generating user keys. Whereas current user keys often contain actual names of their users, the new user keys are anonymized to remove this information. This reduces the number of places where we can access your personal information and further ensures your privacy.Aligning with Atlassian to comply with GDPR standards
In line with Atlassian’s changes towards GDPR compliance, Jira Administrators will now have the ability to anonymize a range of personal information for existing users. This will allow you to do the following:
Change user keys and usernames of existing users.
Anonymize user profiles.
Delete or anonymize personal information that appears in Jira.
