QuestionTo investigate some problems on Tempo Server, it is useful to view information that has been logged in the Jira logs. 
AnswerThe Jira logs ( atlassian-jira.log) are stored in the Jira Home directory and can be copied from there to the Ticket in our Tempo Support system.
In some cases, it might be useful to get more information than the one listed in the logs. 
Within JIRA, it is possbile to generate a Support.zip file which includes additional information. Please take a look at article "Create a Support Zip" article from Atlassian for details on how to generate this file.
