Team Estimates vs. Actuals

Steps to Recreate

  1. Once you’ve set the Source to pull in the desired Jira data, set the Chart by dropdown to be Worklog Author

  2. Navigate to the Calculate dropdown. Switch the first dropdown from Count to Sum, then select Time Spent for the second dropdown

  3. Click the Legend tab on the right side of the chart or macro and click Add Column at the bottom of the section

  4. In the 2 Calculate dropdowns that appear, choose Sum for the first dropdown and Remaining Estimate for the second dropdown

  5. Optional: Give your chart a title and navigate to the Display Options tab to change the Time Unit (the default is hours)

  6. Click Save or Insert

Steps to Recreate

  1. Once you’ve set the Source to pull in the desired Jira data, set the Chart by dropdown to be Worklog Author

  2. Navigate to the Calculate dropdown. Switch the first dropdown from Count to Sum, then select Time Spent for the second dropdown

  3. Change the Chart type to Funnel Chart

  4. Optional: Give your chart a title and navigate to the Display Options tab to change the Time Unit (the default is hours)

  5. Click Save or Insert

Steps to Recreate

  1. Once you’ve set the Source to pull in the desired Jira data, set the Chart by dropdown to be Account

  2. Navigate to the Calculate dropdown. Switch the first dropdown from Count to Sum, then select Time Spent for the second dropdown

  3. In the Chart by tab, click the Grouping dropdown and choose Months. You can also click into the Range dropdown to set the span of dates (i.e “This Quarter”)

  4. Change the Chart Type to Tile Chart

  5. Optional: Give your chart a title and navigate to the Display Options tab to change the Time Unit (the default is hours)

  6. Click Save or Insert
