Tempo apps on Cloud stopped working or are not loading and a "Something's gone wrong" error can be seen (Need to Uninstall and Re-install Tempo on Cloud)

If Tempo Cloud stopped working and the error “Something’s gone wrong“ like in the screenshot below is displayed, you will need to re-install any Tempo apps you have installed, including Timesheets, Planner, and Cost Tracker. You will not lose any data, and nor will your license be affected.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Jira settings > Apps > Manage apps page;

  2. Find the Tempo app, for example, Timesheets, and expand the section;

  3. Click the “Unsubscribe” button, wait till it’s unsubscribed, and click “Uninstall”;
    - Some customers may see the button as “Manage Subscriptions” as Atlassian gradually rolls out a change on it. If this is the case, click this button and unsubscribe from the newly-opened page, then uninstall Tempo.

  4. Do the same for any other Tempo apps you have;

  5. Go to “Find new apps” page from the panel on the right-hand side and search for the Tempo apps that you have uninstalled and install them.

Note that doing this will not cause any data loss.
