Your server to cloud migration using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) has got stuck at a percentage or cannot complete.
Steps
update all Tempo products to the latest version
(be sure your Tempo and Jira versions are compatible)
if it does not complete using the latest version, please contact Support
Contacting Support
specify if this is a test or production migration
your on-premise SEN number
the versions of Tempo and Jira you're currently using
your Atlassian cloud URL
