Do you offer 24/7 support?

No. Our business hours are Monday to Friday (except for major UK holidays) 9am - 5pm.

Do you offer training sessions? If so, are they free?

Yes! All trainings are complimentary and can be booked via the Support Portal using the Training Request request type.
