Custom Charts Assistant
Agents are not available to all customers yet.
The Custom Charts Assistant is a Rovo agent designed to simplify the creation of Charts within Jira Dashboards.
To create a chart using the Custom Charts Assistant:
Use natural language to describe what chart you would like to see. You can tell it “Create a pie chart for assignees for the marketing project,” for example.
Follow the prompts from the assistant, as it helps you select the right Dashboard and ensures it has everything it needs.
Sit back and wait!
Once the chart is created, the assistant will provide you with a link to the Dashboard, so that you can confirm the chart was created. From there, you can edit the chart directly for additional tweaks and customization.
The Custom Charts Assistant is an experimental AI product. You may need to tweak your charts to get them to look exactly the way you want!
Installing the Formula Assistant
In Jira, open the Apps dropdown menu and choose Explore new apps.
Search for Custom Charts Assistant and select the app.
On the app details page, select Get app.
Once the app is installed, you will be notified via a success message.
Rovo must be enabled on your instance. If it’s not enabled, please reach out to your Jira admin.
