Deprecation of Feedback & Ideas (Legacy)

Your new home for capturing, organizing, and prioritizing product feedback is the Idea Manager.

Idea Manager is designed to:

• Streamline your feedback workflow

• Connect feedback directly to your roadmaps

• Support smarter, data-driven decision-making

Users with access to the Idea Manager should be able to see this tool in their left-hand navigation, directly above the Roadmaps module.

Note: Idea Manager is available on the Business package or higher. Customers on Starter packages who currently use Feedback, Ideas, or Idea Boards will lose access to these tools after October 1, 2025.

To make this transition smooth, you’ll be able to export and import your existing data:

• A banner will appear at the top of the Feedback and Ideas pages.

• From this banner, you can click a button to download a zipped file of your data.

• You may choose to:

  • Save this file as a backup of your legacy data.

  • Import it into Idea Manager (if available on your plan) to continue working with your existing feedback and ideas.

• We recommend transitioning to Idea Manager as soon as possible to avoid disruption and take full advantage of the new features.

• Data exports will only be available until the modules are retired on October 1, 2025.
