Idea Manager Enhancements

The following enhancements have been introduced to Idea Manager:

• The new landing page introduces:

  • Action cards to get started and get the most out of Idea Manager

  • Summaries of recent feedback and ideas

• R.I.C.E. Score and Value vs Effort custom fields have been added as out-of-the-box system fields

• CSV import is now available for Feedback, Ideas, and Customers

OAuth 2.0 Authentication

For users working on Professional or Enterprise plans, OAuth 2.0 authentication is now available for both Jira Cloud and Jira DC integrations.
