Why am I not seeing all users in the Resource Planning view?

Answer

As stated in this documentation: Viewing Resources and Their Plans - Tempo Cloud

  • Viewing your resources in Resource Planning requires the View Team Plans permission for the teams to which the resources belong.

  • Users must be a part of a holiday or workload scheme, and a member of a team, in order to be visible in the Resource Planning view.

In order for a user to be a part of a holiday or workload scheme, the user must have opened at least one Tempo page, have been added to a Tempo team or have been explicitly searched in the Resource Planning view.
