No worklogs in Tempo after external issues import (Cloud)

Question

I have been importing worklogs from an external system using the JIRA "External System Import" tool, however just recently it appears as though the import didn't link the data to the timesheet.

Answer

The way the sync of worklogs from Jira to Tempo works is that Tempo receives webhooks from Jira. However, when importing worklogs to Jira, no webhooks are sent that can be used to sync the worklogs to Tempo.
Tempo also runs a regular check to see if there are any worklogs that have not been synced. Therefore some imported worklogs might not be visible straight away in Tempo but only when the sync was run.

This sync can also be done manually by Tempo Support.
