Tempo Cloud License Expiry FAQ

My trial will expire soon. How can I purchase Tempo’s solutions?

To continue using Tempo, you will need to purchase a license at My Atlassian Account. Jira administration permission is required to do so.

 

My commercial license will expire soon. How can I continue to use Tempo’s solutions?

To continue using Tempo, you will need to renew your license at My Atlassian Account. Jira administration permission is required to do so.

 

What will happen if my commercial license expires and I have not yet renewed my subscription? 

As per our standard End-User License Agreement, after 30 days with an expired license, Tempo products will be automatically uninstalled from your Jira instance, and will not be available to you. As per our Cloud Security Statement, Tempo will archive your data for a period of one calendar year. Please refer to the details of the agreement for additional information.

 

I have been using an expired trial license. Will there be any issues converting to a commercial paid license?

You should not experience any issues converting to a commercial paid license. If Tempo is still installed in your instance, you will need to provide new payment information. If Tempo is no longer installed on your instance, you will need to re-install Tempo and provide up-to-date payment information.

I don’t see Tempo apps installed in my instance. What should I do?

To re-install Tempo apps, you will need to purchase a license at  My Atlassian Account. Jira administration permission is required to do so. If you are within the one year timeframe as per our Cloud Security Statement, your data will be restored in full. 

 

I received an email from Tempo regarding my expired license, is this spam?

No - Tempo has been sending reminders about expired Commercial and Trial licenses. In order to continue to use Tempo solutions, we recommend you follow the steps detailed above. For any assistance with this process, please contact our Support Team.
