Tempo limitation due to the Free Jira Cloud Plan

This article is for Tempo for Cloud.

If you are using the Free Jira Cloud Plan, you will not be able to edit Jira project permissions, which means you cannot edit the following Time Tracking project permissions for Tempo.

  1. Log Work For Others - work around is to use Tempo Team permissions

  2. Set Billable Hours - work around can be using Tempo Accounts to track billable hours

  3. View All Worklogs - work around is to use Tempo Team permissions

  4. View Issue Hours - no work around
