PDF Export - special characters in multiple languages not shown correctly
This article is for Tempo for Server and Data Center version 15.11.1 and lower.
Special characters in various alphabets are not exported correctly when exporting directly to PDF in Tempo reports. They are instead shown as #
The workaround is: Instead of clicking on Export > PDF, you click on Export > Print. Then you change the option to print to PDF in the following pop up dialog.
If you change the view of the report from Grid view to List view you will get a very similar report as to when export straight to PDF when you use the Print and save as PDF method.
The provided workaround is is our recommended way to export to PDF.
