Profile Pictures Not Displayed in Tempo
In the Tempo (Reports or Resource Planning view) some Jira user profile pictures are not displayed. This issue persists even though the profile pictures are visible in Jira tickets.
This issue typically occurs because the visibility of the affected users’ profile pictures is not set to "Anyone" in Jira's profile settings. Tempo relies on this visibility setting to display profile pictures in the Reports & Resource Planning view.
To resolve this issue, affected users should follow these steps to update their profile picture visibility settings:
Navigate to Manage profile: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility
Ensure that the Profile photo setting is configured to be visible to Anyone.
