Answer | Due to Atlassian Privacy changes, Tempo has to adopt these changes with Cloud API version 4. Please refer to the official Tempo announcement here for more details. Therefore, Jira username has now been replaced by Jira accountId and Tempo has to comply to the changes. You will have to run Jira REST API to get any user info. You can refer to Jira API documentation and you can contact Atlassian Support for more details. |
