Username does not appear in the export anymore, why is that?
Question | Username does not appear in the export anymore, why is that? |
---|---|
Answer | Due to Atlassian Privacy changes, as a plugin to JIRA, and to comply with GDPR policies, Tempo needed to adopt these changes. JIRA username has now been replaced by accountId (ie. 5b198320e249415c02f69600) and Tempo needed to comply to these changes. You may be able to get the user with their accountID using JIRA API. |
