Cannot delete a Team Plan when viewing a different team/Same team

Question

If users are viewing the Planning Timeline* of Team A, with the option "Plans from other teams" enabled, and want to edit a plan from Team B, they are not able to, even if the permissions would them allow to do so, why?

Answer

If you are viewing team A and you have Show > Plans from other teams option enabled, you are able to view plans from team B.

For a team plan that cascades down to multiple plans (with less opacity) for all team members, it has to be deleted from the team (even though you might have view team plan and manage team plans permissions) and it has to be done from the Team (top row) where it was created.

As for individual plans, (created for the user and not for the entire team), they can always be deleted depending on the permissions you have on that particular team where it was created.
