Question

Scrollbar seems to be inactive / unusable when displaying a lot of issues in Tempo Timesheets. Scrolling using the mouse-wheel works only.

Answer

This problem is caused by a workaround that Atlassian recommends for the size of the Announcement banner.

This was a work-around adopted since Atlassian failed to address this usability issue:
