Tempo Timesheets Not Loading After Reactivation
Problem
After reactivating Tempo Timesheets from an expired state, the app may still not load because the Tempo database hasn’t come back online yet. This can occur occasionally after a license is reactivated.
Solution
To resolve this, the most reliable approach is to:
Uninstall Tempo Timesheets and Tempo Core from the Atlassian Marketplace
Reinstall it again.
This process forces Jira to re-initialize the Tempo database and bring it back online.
