How not to receive email notifications from Scheduler

Question

How can I remove users from receiving email notifications?

Answer

It's not possible to remove users from receiving email notifications from Scheduler. However, there are some conditions to be met in order NOT to receive email notification from Tempo Scheduler:

  1. user does not have "Work on Issues" permission for any projects

or

  1. user has not logged any time

  2. user has 0 hour assigned in the workload scheme

If any condition above is not met, then user will receive email notifications automatically. Please refer to Scheduler - Tempo Cloud or Scheduler - Tempo Data Center documentation for more info.
