How not to receive email notifications from Scheduler

Question

How can I remove users from receiving email notifications?

Answer

It is not possible to completely remove users from receiving email notifications from Scheduler. However, users can avoid receiving these notifications if they meet either of the following conditions:

  1. The user either does not have access permission for Tempo Timesheets (Global Permissions ) or does not have the "Work on Issues" permission for any project (Jira Project Permissions ).

    • Or

  2. user has 0 hour assigned in the workload scheme (Creating Workload Schemes )
