User is unable to load My Work page (Data Center)

Problem

Some of our employees are unable to view any pages in Tempo.

Solution

If only a few people are unable to view Tempo, you may want to check if they have Tempo Timesheets Access permission.

To check on this permission, go to: Jira Administration > System > Global Permissions > Tempo Timesheets Access.

If these users are not part of a group that has the Tempo Timesheets Access permission, you'll need to add them to the group.
