Users are able to log / edit work when their timesheets are already submitted

Problem

Why is a user still able to log / edit work when his/her timesheet is already submitted?

Solution

This is because the affected user has the "Approve Timesheets" permission in some other team, which granted him/her the permission to keep logging work even though his/her own timesheet has been submitted. The current intended behavior is that Users with "Approve Timesheets" permission in any team, can add/edit worklogs for a timesheet that's in a review state.
