Tempo Timesheets is not loading and a "Something's gone wrong" error can be seen
Problem
Users may encounter an error immediately after opening a newly installed Tempo app such as Timesheet, Planner or Financial Manager. The message reads: Something went wrong on our end. If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support.
This usually appears when the required components are not fully installed.
Solution
This behaviour typically happens when the additional component that Tempo depends on is missing or not installed. Tempo apps require Tempo Core (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214485/tempo-core-project-tracking-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview ) to be present in order to function properly.
To fix the issue:
Go to Jira settings → Marketplace Apps
Select Take me there
Search for Tempo Core
Check if it shows as installed
If it does not appear as installed, install it again using the official marketplace link.
If it is installed, proceed by reinstalling all the Tempo apps you currently have on your instance
