We're not receiving emails notifications

Problem

We’re not receiving email notifications from Tempo.

Solution

A local configuration can cause this, especially if this is not a problem for all users.

Please check:

  • Your spam/junk folders,

  • If there is a rule/filter that may be deleting these emails before they go to your inbox

  • For Timesheet reminders, verify that there have been no changes to the Scheduler settings.

If that does not help, please open a support ticket and include the email addresses of some users.
