Full organizational access in Tempo Timesheets

Question

I’m a Jira admin, and I’d like full access to Tempo Timesheets so I can see and manage all users, teams, timesheets and plans.

Answer

To get full organizational access in Tempo Timesheets, you need to be assigned the ‘Full Access’ Permission Role. This lets you view, manage, and approve all plans and timesheets, and manage all teams.

You can do this via Tempo → Settings → Permission Roles (under Data Access). Just assign the user to the Full Access role.

✅ Note: Being a Jira Admin does not automatically grant full Tempo access — it’s controlled entirely by the Permission Role.”
