Jira automation is not working
Problem
I’m trying to create an automation in Jira, but it isn’t working.
Solution
If the Jira automation is not working, please first test the API endpoint independently using a tool such as Postman or curl.
If the API call works successfully in Postman or curl, this confirms that the endpoint itself is functioning correctly.
In that case, the issue is related to Jira Automation, and you will need to contact Atlassian support, as Tempo does not provide support for Jira Automation configurations.
If the API call does not work in Postman or curl, please share the request details and error response so the issue can be investigated further.
