New users can't access Timesheets

Problem

Tempo isn’t working for new users.

Solution

If a new user has any problems accessing Tempo/Timesheets, the first thing to verify is their permission to use the product.

Have your Jira Admin verify that they have the “Tempo Timesheets Access" Global Permissions (Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions)
