Cannot add users to a team
Problem
I can’t add users to my team. I can create the team, but when we try to add users, there are no available options. The drop-down menu is empty.
Solution
In many user pickers in Tempo, to see users in the drop-down menu, you will need to start typing the user's name for them to appear.
If typing the name does not help, Tempo may be missing permission to view users.
Navigate to Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions and verify that the “atlassian-addons-admin” Jira Group has been added to the "Browse Users and Groups" Permission.
