There is no leader to be selected when creating an account

Problem

Can not set the team lead when creating an account; the field shows "No options”.

Solution

When searching for users, please note that the dropdown menu won't display any users by default. You'll need to begin typing at least one letter in the search field, after which relevant users should appear.
