Office 365 calendar integration connection fails

This article is for Tempo for Cloud.

Question

I cannot connect Tempo to my Office 365 calendar.

Answer

The Tempo-Office 365 Calendar integration will only work with Office 365 Cloud account. If your Office 365 account is managed on-premise and not on Cloud, it will not work. Also make sure to choose the correct calendar if you have multiple calendars showing in Office 365 when connecting in order to show the correct events in Tempo My Work.
