Planning time for team members

You can plan time for team members to work on an issue, project, version, component, or sprint by creating plans on the team members' timeline.

Tip

Whereas an issue can be assigned to only one person at any time, you can plan time for more than one team member to work on the same issue at the same time.

Required permission

Plan Time permission for the team.

Keyboard shortcuts

You can use shortcut keys to quickly copy, delete, and split plans on the team members' timeline.

Split an existing plan in the Timeline at the location of the mouse cursor.	⌘ while hovering mouse over a plan	Ctrl while hovering mouse over a plan
Copy plans by holding shift and dragging the plan to another member or to other dates on the same member.	Shift while dragging a plan
Delete a plan.	Delete after clicking on a plan
Cancel creating a plan.	Esc while creating a plan
