Viewing and planning with Resource Planning
The Resource Planning view provides an overview of your resources so that you can see at a glance who’s available and who’s overbooked. It lets you view and plan time for your entire organization using a monthly view for the big picture, or a weekly snapshot for finer details. You can create and use filters to identify available resources, and plan time at the issue or project level. Please note that only plans on user level will appear in the Resource Planning, team level plans will not be displayed in this view.
