Saving Reports

You can save your custom reports. You can also save copies of your already saved reports. The saved report keeps your filter, grouping, and view settings. If you have selected a fixed period of time in the date-picker, the report will be saved with a fixed range of dates. If you have selected a variable date range, the information in the report will automatically update to show the results for a date range based on the current date.

Your saved reports are added to the Reports Overview page for quick access.

To save a report:

  1. Click the Save as button to display the Save report dialog box.
  2. Give your report a title, then click Save report.
  3. Click the next to Save As.
  4. To save the current report over an existing report, click Save.
  5. To save the current report as a new report, click Save As.
  6. Under Report Title, select a name for your saved report. The saved report retains your Filter by, Group by, and View settings, as well as the date range you select.

Editing saved reports

You can edit a saved report and view results immediately, and then choose to update the saved report or create a new one.

To save an edited report:

  1. Open your report from the Reports Overview.
  2. Edit the report as desired. The custom report name is labeled edited.
  3. If you want to overwrite the existing report, click Save. You can also click the dropdown arrow next to Save. You can select to save the report, save as a new custom report, discard your changes, or delete the edited report.
