Filtering Information in Reports

You can use filters to narrow down your report until it only shows the data that you want.

To filter information in a report:

  1. Generate the report from the Reports overview.
  2. Click the Filter by field to display a list of options. Select the filters. You can select more than one item.
    • Projects - filter the report by one or more projects.
    • Teams - filter the report by one or more teams.
    • Account - filter the report by one or more accounts.
    • Account Category - filter the report by one or more account categories.
    • Account Category Type - filter the report by one or more account category types.
    • Customers - filter the report by one or more customers.
    • Epics - filter the report by one or more epics.
    • Issues - filter the report by one or more issues. You can select to include sub-tasks. Selecting this option will include all sub-tasks of the selected issue, if work has been logged on the task.
    • Users - filter the report by one or more users.
    • Jira filters (JQL) - filter the report by a Jira filter.
