Configuring planning time options in Tempo Timesheets

To access Tempo Timesheets Global Configuration: 

  1. Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators Global Permission.
  2. Select Add-ons from the Administration menu  at the top-right.
  3. In the left sidebar, scroll down to Tempo and select Global Configuration.

Users with Plan Time permission for a team can plan time for team members in Tempo Timesheets

Check box is selectedWhen selected, team leads and users with Plan Time permission for a team can plan time for team members on all timesheets except for the Account Timesheet. They can plan time for team members to work on specific Jira projects, project versions, or project components. A Plan Time button is available from the timesheets.
All users can also plan time for themselves in Tempo Timesheets.Check box is selectedWhen this option and the previous check box are selected, all users can plan time for themselves on all timesheets except on the Account Timesheet.
