For those looking to purchase Tempo Server products for the first time, or due to renew existing licenses, we encourage you to proceed with your plans. We commit to continuing to develop and support our Server products as we follow Atlassian’s timelines. In February 2024, Atlassian will end support for all products on Server, which means that support and bug fixes will no longer be available.
How does Tempo support your Server Migration?
We are also working tirelessly and in close collaboration with Atlassian and our ecosystem of Business Partners to ensure you will be able to effortlessly migrate to either cloud or Data Center hosting when you are ready. You can learn more about our plans around our migration assistant to get a better idea of when it will become available.
If you purchase an annual Tempo contract on Server, and then decide to migrate to cloud before the end of your term, Tempo will work with you to ensure you are charged appropriately. For customers with between 25 and 1000 Jira licenses, we will be offering a 40% discount on the first year of your new annual Tempo cloud subscription, if you hold an active server license on December 31, 2020. Be aware that this offer applies to a Cloud subscription purchased before December 31, 2021, and is valid once Atlassian discounts become available. We will update this page once we have additional details. For customers with more than 1000 licenses, we are matching Atlassian’s recently announced Cloud Loyalty Discounts and Dual Licensing Program.
