Configuring Periods and Scheduling - Tempo Server

Tempo Administrators can configure the reporting period used for tracking time and reporting on work done in your organization.

To use Tempo Timesheetsyou must first enable time-tracking by selecting Tempo as your time-tracking provider.

You can configure the duration and start dates of timesheet approval periods. Timesheet periods are either open or closed. You can manually set the status of reporting and time-tracking periods.

Configure the scheduler to notify users that a period has ended or is ending soon, edit and test the scheduler email to fit your needs, and configure grace periods that allow a user to submit timesheets after a period has closed.

Define the available time for your team members by creating holiday schemes to map out what days are reserved for holidays.

And, finally, use workload schemes to define the schedule of working days.
