Tempo Planner allows Team Leads to organise their team's work by using iterations and moreover, to give all team members good overview of the ongoing work.

The Iteration Planning consists of few main steps that are all summarised here below.
Create an Iteration
To create a new Iteration, click the New Iteration button in the Iteration Sidebar and enter all the required metrics. To see more detailed instruction for this process click here.
Add Issues to Iterations
There are few ways to add issues to iterations. The most simplest is to use the drag and drop feature and drag issues from the Project Backlog and drop the on the cards in the Iteration Sidebar. To see how to plan iterations in details click here.
Use the Iteration Overview to plan the current iteration
The Iteration Overview allows the Team Lead to assign issues to team members, see workload, remaining estimate and availability of issues and forecasted timeline for the iteration. To see detailed information about the Iteration Overview click here.
