The Resolution Time report for Jira Server and Data Center displays the time spent per issue in unresolved and resolved statuses. For example, you can see the totals for all the combined resolved statuses for a particular issue, including number of times updated and average time.
Use the Working Time In Status setting in User Default Settings to set your working times and break times to calculate hours for this report and the Time in Status report (otherwise, all elapsed time is used).
