Viewing worklogs for other team members requires the View Worklogs permission for the team.

You can export your timesheets as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file, or print them out for future reference. You can also do so for other team members as long as you have the correct permissions.

To export a timesheet:

  1. Open a timesheet from My Work (blue star)Accounts (blue star), or Teams (blue star). For example, click Timesheet in the top-right of the My Work Calendar.

  2. Click the button at the top-right.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select an export format from under Export Timesheet.

  • PDF - Immediately generates and downloads a formatted summary report. The reporting period and total hours logged are displayed in the header, and the current date and page numbers in the footer.

  • XLS and CSV - Immediately generates and downloads a file that includes the total hours logged and issues that the time was logged against.

The Work Date field is exported as a text field instead of a date field.

  • Printable View - Opens the timesheet(s) in a preview tab where you can change the orientation of the report before printing. You can save the report to PDF using the browser print options.

  • Download Raw Data - Downloads all raw timesheet data to CSV or Excel (XLS, XLSX) formats. The report is generated and downloaded immediately, and includes all possible categories and fields in separate columns.

When you download the raw data to Excel format, Tempo creates a file with two tabs: Worklogs and Users. The Worklogs tab shows the exported data with the Worklog column as the primary key, and the Users tab shows the exported data with the full name of the user as a primary key.
