Viewing data in the Tempo Team gadgets requires the View Plans permission for the team.
The Planned Time by Team gadget shows planned and unplanned time in the future for a given team. This gadget is great for Team Leads and Executives to track overall planned time from a current date.

To configure the Planned Time by Team gadget:
Go to your Jira dashboard and click … at the upper-right of the Team Timesheet gadget.
Select Edit.
Edit the gadget configuration:
Team – All teams that you have Approve Timesheets for.
Chart Type – Select the chart type to illustrate the data in the most meaningful way to you.
Period – Select the time period you want to display. All options start with the current date.
Click Save to display the results in a graph.
The gadget is displayed in the dashboard with the selected criteria.
