Users customizing Issue List can add any Jira system field, custom field, and fields from 3rd party apps as columns in the list.

Once columns are added, they can be renamed, removed, and reordered.

Add New Columns

  1. In the Columns tab, at the bottom of the section, click +Add another field

  2. In the new column selector, use the text box to type in the field you’re looking for. Once it appears, click it

  3. Repeat this process until you’ve included all desired fields

  4. Click Save or Insert once you’ve made all adjustments

Remove Columns

  1. In the Columns tab, find the field you want to remove

  2. On the right side of the field, click the trashcan icon

  3. Repeat this process on each field you’d like to remove

  4. Click Save or Insert once you’ve made all adjustments

Rename Columns

  1. In the Columns tab, find the field you want to rename

  2. On the right side of the field, click the pencil icon

  3. Repeat this process on each field you’d like to rename

  4. Click Save or Insert once you’ve made all adjustments

Reorder Columns

  1. In the Columns tab, find the field you want to reorder

  2. On the left side of the field, click the pair of 3 vertical dots, then drag the field up or down to reorder it

  3. Repeat this process on each field you’d like to reorder

  4. Click Save or Insert once you’ve made all adjustments
